Most users were already locked into default browser ecosystems, making switching behavior difficult to influence. The challenge was therefore not only to increase awareness, but to make Opera culturally relevant and attractive to younger digital audiences through localized creator campaigns and performance-driven user acquisition strategies designed to generate measurable adoption and ROI.
